Is there a weight limit?

The kart specs are under 7-feet tall and under 300lbs. We do not have seatbelt extenders.

Do I have to wear a helmet?

Do you wash the head socks?

Can I bring my own helmet?

Yes, but it must be a DOT helmet and you have eye protection.

Are there clothing restrictions?

Our kart manufacturer offers these clothing guidelines:

No specific clothing is required for driving a kart, except for the full face helmet, which is mandatory.

Do not wear clothes, accessories or any ornaments that could get caught in moving parts of the kart, such as: scarves, fringes, overcoats, coats, bags, belts, strings. Long hair that is not covered by the helmet may be a danger in case of contact with the moving parts of the kart and, therefore, must be contained under the helmet.

Do not drive the kart without shoes or open-toed shoes (sabots, slippers). Shoes must ensure adequate foot protection and adequate drive feeling (i.e., no high heels or wedge-heeled shoes).

We do parties like no one else does parties. Visit our Corporate Events and Groups & Parties pages for more information.

Is it safe to drive at Xtreme Racing & Entertainment?

Our karts are inherently safe and the barrier system is the best available in the world. Race marshals have full control of the kart at all times and work to keep the experience as fun and as safe as possible. At the end of the day, the drivers determine maximum safety levels by following the rules and the race marshals’ instructions.
